4.3 Qualification Structure

The Integrator 3 option {SACAD-13} was discontinued and a new Qualification Structure was redeveloped in the new technology {SACADO-1-9}. User Access to the new options will be granted during the installation, based on user access to the discontinued Qualification Structure {SACAD-13}.

Qualification {SACADO-1} 

1. Search Panel for entry of Search criteria / as per EP focus
2. All fields are on one Page, grouped into Panel Boxes. Required fields are in the first Panel Box.
3. Navigation between records takes place with buttons on the toolbar
4. Navigation Buttons are grouped into one Panel Box 
5. Panel Boxes can be collapsed or expanded as shown below

Qualification Offering Types {SACADO-2} 

Makes use of different pattern where info is added directly onto table structure

1. Search Panel
2. Data is presented in updatable table format
3. Navigation to Contact Persons

• The User can go to “Contact Persons” button to access the contacts
• To get a better view of the information the user can click on the “Detach” icon highlighted with red.
• The user should click on the “Return” button to go back to the main screen “Qualification Offering Type

3. Export to Excel button

Qualification Blocks {SACADO-4}

1. Search Panel

• The User can maintain data in a form 
• Makes use of pattern combo of table and update
• Updating of Quotas Disabled depending on SOD

Approved Qualifications {SACADO-7}

1. Search Panel where the user can type in the query criteria
2. Search Results

• • After searching using specific query criteria the data displays in the table format
  • User cannot edit any information from the “Search Results” panel

    3. Edit Panel

• • The user can edit the information from the “Edit” Pane

    4. Export to Excel button

• • Makes use of different pattern Table with info at bottom
  • Explore navigation options

Create Qualification Structure {SACADO-9}

1. The user should click on the little boxes in every column 
2. Click on the “Create” button. The popup will display with the result/information as shown below.

The user should click on the “OK” button to return to the “Structure Parameter
