15.2 Forgot Student number

This functionality has been added and is now forms part of int4.1

1. The User can click on the “Forgot Student Number” to retrieve Student number.
2. The screen below will display, and the User can either use their ID Number, Passport Number or Email Address for retrieval of their Student Number.
