Campus Codes {SPCS-1}

  1. User can search for a campus using the campus code, campus name or default delivery building as criteria.
  2. Information of a campus that matches the search criteria displays in the panel box. User can also create a new campus.
  3. Address information of a selected campus populates in a table format.
  4. User can add or edit address information of a particular campus by clicking on the “Maintain Addresses” button.

Land Codes {SPCS-2}

  1. User can search for land information of a campus using criteria in the panel box.
  2. Land information of a selected campus will display in the panel box. User can create or delete land information.
  3. Asset information for the land will populate in the panel box.

Land Improvement Codes {SPCS-3}

  1. User can search for land improvements of a campus using criteria in the panel box.
  2. Land improvements information of a selected campus will display in the panel box. User can create or delete land improvements information.
  3. Asset information for the land improvements will populate in the panel box.

Building Codes {SPCS-4}

User can search campus building using criteria in the panel box and the “Building Information”, “Disability Information”, “Asset Information” and “Address Information” will populate.

Building and disability information will display in form format. User can create building and disability information.

Address information for the building will populate in a table format.

The user can create or update addresses by clicking on the “Maintain Addresses” button.

Space Inventory {SPOPS-1}

  1. User can search for space inventory using criteria in the search panel.
  2. The form layout is used to insert or update a record. User can create new space inventory or update the existing one. 
  3. Accessory codes, Departmental Allocations, Program Allocations, PCS 1.1 Allocations, Related Space and Disability Codes Linked to Room display in table format and are updateable
