6. Incident Management
The Incident Management module is designed to allow organisations to record and manage
activities and outcomes related to specific incidents involving students, personnel members or Other
- Industrial Relations
- Grievances and/or Disciplinary Actions
- Record details about each incident, dependent on the system set-up
- Track the steps and outcomes taken for each case, including appeals and court cases
- Occupational Health
- Injuries on Duty
- Record details around each injury, dependent on system set-up.
- Track steps and outcomes taken, including consultation with Medical Practitioners.
- Other, e.g. Campus Parking Offences
