6. Incident Management

The Incident Management module is designed to allow organisations to record and manage
activities and outcomes related to specific incidents involving students, personnel members or Other
Persons.

Examples are:

• Industrial Relations
• Grievances and/or Disciplinary Actions
  • Record details about each incident, dependent on the system set-up
  • Track the steps and outcomes taken for each case, including appeals and court cases
• Occupational Health
• Injuries on Duty
  • Record details around each injury, dependent on system set-up.
  • Track steps and outcomes taken, including consultation with Medical Practitioners.
• Other, e.g. Campus Parking Offences
